- Operate CNC mills - including loading existing programs, loading & unloading parts, deburring, and basic troubleshooting.
- Basic metrology, and entry of results.
- Make adjustments as necessary to offsets.
- Proactively maintain equipment and change out worn tooling as appropriate.
- Collaborate with quality department to achieve high quality product, completing first piece inspection and documentation as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Experience requirements:
- CNC experience is a plus.
Desired Skills:
- Able to use tools of the trade: jigs, fixtures, vices, etc.
- Ability to read blueprints, specifications and quality plans- and maintain documentation.
- Knowledge of GD&T.
- Capable of organizing to and meeting deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work standing, bending, lifting and carrying 35lbs.
